On May 25, CR Cement held its 2022 Annual General Meeting in Shenzhen. Ji Youhong, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of CR Cement, Jing Shiqing, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, and six non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors attended the meeting at the main venue in Shenzhen, and other directors attended the meeting online. There is also an electronic meeting system for shareholders to watch and listen to the meeting online for this AGM.

At the meeting, shareholders approved the Company's annual financial statements, Board Report and Independent Auditor's Report, approved the payment of final dividends, the re-election of Directors and the appointment of KPMG as independent auditor.
